A word from the chefChef Mohamed Ferjani
Mohamed Ferjani is the chef de cuisine at Al Hadheerah. With 25 years of working in the F&B industry, Chef Mohamed is well experienced in the culinary arts. Originally from Egypt, he has worked in many different countries, including Egypt and India. His experience in different countries around the region has allowed to improve and hone his skills, while picking up tips from different culinary masters along the way. Chef Mohamed was at the helm of Al Hadheerah when it won ‘Best casual dining experience world’ at the Hotel of the Year Awards 2015. According to Chef Ferjani, he is happiest when cooking Middle Eastern food: “My favourite cuisine is Arabic food. In particular, I love creating my classic whole lamb Ouzi, which is my signature dish at Al Hadheerah.”
