For nearly a decade, Mazina has been a firm family favourite on the Dubai food scene. Serving up a tasty range of international dishes from five different show kitchens, the restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience. Guests can enjoy an extensive range of pan-Asian, Arab and European dishes along with a Rotisserie grill. All food is prepared in front of guests by the restaurant’s award-winning chefs at live cooking stations, with hot dishes served alongside a range of cold buffet options in the open plan kitchen-come-restaurant.
During the cooler months, guests can enjoy the all-day dining restaurant’s terrace, while throughout the summer guests can experience panoramic views of Dubai Marina through the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
Each Friday, Mazina holds a tasty international brunch served up from their five live cooking stations. Sit back and enjoy the cooking theatrics, spanning cuisines from across Asia, Europe and Arabia. There’s also a live DJ every weekend, playing all the party favourites.
Every Saturday the restaurant holds a family-friendly Superhero-themed brunch. Kids (and parents!) are encouraged to dress up as their favourite superhero characters, with a buffet available across the five show kitchens. Kids also have their own superhero-themed buffet and will be kept entertained with plenty of activities including a Wii gaming station, face painting, a bouncy castle and a magic show.
A word from the chefExecutive Chef Avinash Mohan
In a career spanning twenty years, Executive Chef Avinash Mohan has worked across a range of prestigious brands. Currently in his role as Executive Chef for Address Dubai Marina, he oversees all operations across the hotel’s four restaurants and bars. Despite his long career in the F&B industry, Chef Avinash says his passion for cooking is still at the heart of everything he does: “My dishes are cooked with love. I believe in being creative and offering an element of surprise at the end.I don’t feel like any task is too difficult while dealing with multiple cuisines, rather it’s a chance to experiment with different flavours and techniques.” This is especially true for Mazina’s kitchen, where the team covers an incredible range of international cuisines.
